I got a snap on tool catalog today. I was at work and a snap on guy stopped to fill the truck and I asked if he had a catalog so he ran out to the truck and grabbed me one.

Now i'm drooling(too bad there aren't prices even though I don't want to know).

Just thought I'd share that with everyone haha.

I hate that about Snap-On. They are probably the best tools ever but they are so expensive. Don't they make a cheaper brand that has great quality also? I think its Cobalt but I am not sure about that. I am trying to buy some air tools from Craftsman but everyone is telling me to stay away from those.

Really as long as the tool has a lifetime warranty its hard to go wrong. And for certain things I would prefer Snap On, such as ratchets. They have more teeth in their ratchets so you don't have to back swing as far to catch before you can continue.

Maybe someday I'll be able to buy a set of Snap On tools, but until then my Craftsman's will work just fine. But it is fun to look through 500pages of Snap On tools haha.
