Well... I LOVE the new 300C... but the best car in Chrysler's History? I dont know about that.... Chrysler has had some frakking amazing cars... What do you guys think?

I would hate to own a company and hear people still say one of my older products was the best ever. I would want people to say my newest and most innovative product was the best ever.

The 2011 Chrysler 300C is not only their newest product, but so far, it's their best :OHYEAH!:

Well to say it's the best ever is pushing it. Lets remember that Chrysler is around 80 years old. It has put many innovative and excellent cars on the road throughout it's 80 some lifespan.

Top 10 would be more fitting.

It all really depends on how you look at it abd how you define "Best Ever"

does it mean most significant?

I mean obviously it is "better" than every other car in Chryslers history in terms of performance and technology.... but its hardly the best looking, and arguably not the most luxurious either... it really all depends on how you look at it.

As mush as I like the new 300, I would never call it the best Chrysler in history, Chrysler has made lots of impressive cars that were ahead of their time.

I would say the new 300 is the best 21st century car Chrysler has made, but it's definitely not the best Chrysler in history.

I'd argue the Airflow Chrysler's and the '57 Chrysler's pushed the envelope of automotive design so much further than their current competition that they would "design and technology wise" be at the top. Both had their problems though...the Airflow was "ahead of its time'' and not understood and the '57's were rushed to market and quality suffered. With both of these milestone cars it was not only styling but advancement of automotive engineering.

Also, I think the first gen LX 300, from a milestone car point of view, is ahead of the new 300.

However, the new 300 may be the best all around Chrysler ever produced...even if it is evolutionary rather than revolutionary. Once it gets the updated automatic I think it will be one of the most complete near luxury automotive packages available...anywhere. Are you listening Lincoln?
