No doubt battery tech will move fast now, and prices will surely dropt too.
Thus, 100mile ranges will become a thing of the past.

Not sure yet about 400miles. That is a ways off me thinks. Maybe ten years out.

I doubt it. Remember 10 years ago smart phones weren't around and apple was about to go bust.

4X the charge capacity is not going to happen in a few years.
Much longer than that.

Battery phones came a long way, sure.
But latest EV cars will use same batter tech.

Wow, this trailer defeats the whole purpose of an EV. Wings' idea is definitely better than this one, although I still think it's rather silly. I suppose if it was available for rental that would work well for EV owners looking to go on long trips.

However, I still think the Volt is a better idea as this problem would never arise.
