I too can play the lame game.
How about,

Raptor (nothing from GM)
Boss 6.2L Harley Davidson F-series (sure why not)
Focus ST (nothing from GM)
Upcoming Focus RS (yup)
Upcoming Fiesta ST
Mustang GT, Boss, Laguna Seca, Shelby, Roush line (all camaro killers)
Upcoming Fusion ST (sexy beast)
Taurus SHO (Nothing from GM)
Explorer SHO (NOTHING from GM)
Flex SHO (Again and again)
New MKZ with 300hp V6 and AWD will run with anything in it's class
MKS SHO (vastly improved)
MKT SHO (ditto)

Not a bad showing I would say, for now.
Of course, GM has far more redundancy.

But of recent drives, the standout for driver engagement, and light scalpel-like precision was the Regal Turbo (and I didn't even drive the GS). That Buick is so sweet. It fits like an Italian suit and was just brilliant next to the competing Acura. It is a fantastic mix of luxury comfort and sport engagement. The little 2.0 liter Ecotec GTDI is sooo smooth in building power. The Regal Turbo has torque on demand and just a fantastic, balanced, confidence inspiring chassis.

People are missing the boat by not sampling the Regal.

Drive a GS.. yeeees U will lose your mind. Wonderful car. I have actually considered one.

So in summary......

In Europe Astra VXR beats the mid level Focus ST.

....however stateside GM has no answer for this mid level Focus ST.

Brilliant?
Moderate, at best.

It might have had a bit of an edgy bite, if it were not totally irrelevant to my actual post, as I saw NOTHING that was a "prediction."
