Once again, excellent photography. The ILX/RDX interior is growing on me, but they seem a little bare for the price.

I saved the coal dragging for the ILX. I thrashed on this thing pretty hard and it really performed. There was nothing for me not to like.

I hate cars like that. I drove a Corolla recently and I really really wanted to hate it.

I just couldn't. It was quiet, it was comfortable, it returned excellent fuel economy.

The interior was what I'd call 'restrained' - not flashy, but functional and of very high quality in the materials. I've always been a bit baffled by what various car mags have called a great interior versus what they call crap. I've seen some 'plush' interiors which after a few years looked terrible because the materials had no durability.

Acura has pulled off a pretty fair balance between materials which are 'soft' to the touch but appear to be, as best I can tell, built very much to last.

Sales are still increasing for this one and I'm seeing quite a few on the road lately. More than double last years number.
