Platform sharing and badge engineering are two very different things, my young padawan learner.

There is literally not one piece of sheetmetal shared between the two.

If theyre over the taillights, they wouldnt be eyebrows, theyd be "tramp stamps"

There is no OVERLAP in engines with the Buick when this car is several hundred pounds lighter and smaller in size. What I mean is in cars like the Camaro and Corvette... I see why they downgrade the lesser car's engine.. to calm the enthusiasts... but in this car they should have left the engine the same as the Regal's... because who really gives a shit. A 5HP drop is for appearances only... this car looks to probably weigh in at about 400lbs less than the Regal... it's performance will be equal because 5HP loss is completely negated by 400lbs of ease.

Interior and exterior are gorgeous.. and I see yet another HIT for Buick allowing it to continuously grow their market. I also see more MERCURY buyers flocking to Buick as opposed to Ford or Lincoln with product like this. Buick is officially a Lincoln, Acura, Lower Lexus competitor at this point. Phenominal turn-around.. and with their continued growth... no potential for an "Olds" type ending. Especially with over 500K sales in China and GLOBAL badge engineering
badass

So this is one size class lower than Regal?
Those differences in weight are similar to stang-camaro V6 differences.

So camaro is certainly not a pony car then.
Maybe they should have called it a Monte Carlo - LOL.
At least then we would not have to constantly read disclaimers about it being to heavy smile
Kinda looks like a Focus above the beltline:

Get that shit outta here. If we're in the mood to watch the internet equivalent of little girls kicking dirt in each other's eyes on the playground, then we'll go to the Camaro/Mustang thread.
