Touch screens are the way to go!

First of all your beloved Cadillac uses touch-screen interface. You are a hypocrite.
Second of all the entire industry has moved away from touch-screens. Get with the times!

Yea, that's why RIM shares are below $10 and Apple is about $600! Touch screens are soooooo out of touch!

We are talking about the automotive industry.

No, we are talking about technology

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

I actually see much of the industry moving towards touch screens and voice recognition. Its much easier and much more straight forward. The automotive landscape is moving away from buttons on the dash, and soon full automated infotainment and climate control systems will be all voice activated. Ford is already there more or less and I suspect everyone else to make the switch also.

I love pussy, I love bitches, dude I should be runnin' PETA.
I am a follower of the Kobe System.

Looks good. Just not a fan of the fake wood all over the interior.

Learn to swim.

There are good reasons to do that.

Once the initial capital investment is made in code writing, upgrades or redesigns merely rewrite some of the existing lines to create an entirely different display or response to input.

Rearranging buttons and knobs requires new dies - not that cheap.

Code based interfaces can be upgraded by getting a wee little flash drive in the mail to right what might be wrong - something Ford sent me for my Edge.

Buttons and knobs that suck can not be upgraded unless one thinks that getting a whole new dash sent via UPS and doing a self installation is easy.

I think Tesla is a great example of this.

They are a company that really has no legacy to hold them back and the Model S shows that with the huge touch screen.

I also love the touch screen in the 300.

I'm trying to be open minded, but other than the nose, there's nothing to make this car stand out.

Kind of "meh".....
