Let me get this straight, the 1LE not only demolished the Boss Laguna Seca, but it also beat the previous GT500, while being down 100+ hp and weighing more? Without a doubt GM is the better producer of sports cars.

Its amazing how certain things go a long way on the track. A proper suspension is an absolute must, and the Mustang, no matter how well Ford has tuned the LRA, is just out classed by even simple IRS systems.

it's actually refreshing to see a brand new camaro finally beat a mustang. Not sure I would call it an ass whooping, given that it is a 3 min track, and a few seconds difference between track conditions and drivers can surely exist. Nonetheless.
And why are some of you so excited that it still did not beat the 3 year old Shelby?
