BluWho Coupe. Mispronounce Coupe as Coup and you've got assonance or almost beaucoup.

Make and Model? Hint European, post-WWII.

Gotcha Bas - the first thing that came to my mind was "Saoutchik" because I recognized his style - and there she was:

Burg! That was a fast solution. You're a regular cipher machine. I'm impressed.

I thought it looked a bit like an evolution of the Bugatti Atlantic which is what caught my eye. That, and a waterfall grill.

It definitely makes a statement. I can see driving under the Arc Arc de Triomphe with this Talbot. (Can't do that anymore with the roundabout encircling the Arc.)
