This car looks fantastic, and i would take it over any 3 series or C class in a heartbeat. The 3.6 will probably be one hell of a performer and I really can not wait to see an ATS-V. Well done Cadillac.

This country can’t be knocked out with one punch. We get right back up again and when we do the world is going to hear the roar of our engines. Yeah, it’s halftime America. And, our second half is about to begin.

Personally, I think its the best looking car in the segment, in front of the 3-Series. A lot of people don't like the new 3-Series but I think it looks good. The only weak part about the ATS is the side, it could use a stronger character line but its fine.

The Camaro V6 will hit 60 in the fives so I'm guessing the ATS will do the deed in five flat or so. I'm a bit bummed out that the 3.6 doesn't offer the Camaro's manual but the sales volume probably wouldn't be there. Either way I'm betting this thing will be a barn-burner.

I'll be the first to admit that there are some things the F-Series does better than the Silverado. And by that I mean "donate it's back axle to the company's sporty car."

Apparently the 2.0T manual weighs slightly more than the 2.0T automatic. First time I've read a manual weighing more than the automatic version of the same car.

wtf

also i keep having to remind myself that this is a small car, for some reason i keep comparing it to the Charger's weight, thinking it's unbelievably light, even though it still technically is for it's class.

Wasn't the ATS supposed to be closer to 3200lbs?

It was supposed to be under 3,400 pounds, which it is.

jspookss;214441 Wrote:Yeah that 5.4 has to be conservative. The Camaro with the V6 manual that weighs about 3650 and some change did a 5.6

I've never seen a new Camaro's weight at 3,650, the V6 is even pushing 3,800 lbs. with this - as with all manufacturer claims... Very conservative!
