Ok Batman, riddle me this:

One day Alux wants to do a review of a Ford Taurus. So, a Ford PR guy decides to do a bit of due diligence and visits the site. He checks out the forum, where he discovers Mopar guys, GM guys, some guy who hates the Mustang and a coupla misguided souls who like offshore stuff.

Being a Ford guy, he decides to check out the trending thread on the Mustang. In it, he finds a guy claiming to be a Ford engineer. The guy's trying to fight the good fight but there's an awful lot of flak coming the other way. The guy's losing his temper, and when somebody makes fun of his job (mean, but acceptable in a forum), he responds with a racial slur, complete with f-bomb (not so much).

So, what does the Ford guy do first? Deal with Alux, or deal with you?
