Development of Jaguar's ultimate sports car, the limited-edition C-X75 hybrid supercar being co-developed with Williams F1, is moving fast.

Extensive aerodynamic work has resulted in it producing enough downforce for it to be able travel upside down at 120 mph, and the Williams engineers leading this aspect of its development have met the challenge of cooling the car, having calculated that it needs 1.562 square meters of air intake, a surface larger than the car's frontal area.

These aerodynamic requirements have changed the design a little, says Jaguar's global brand director Adrian Hallmark, with the C-X75 "looking more like a sculpture than a car, and more beautiful."
