RE: BMW has quietly applied for a European trademark for the Triumph badge
This is what caught my attention

When BMW bought the Rover Group from British Aerospace in 1994, it inherited a number of ‘heritage brands’, including Austin, Morris, Wolesley, Riley and Triumph. After BMW broke up and sold off Rover in 2000, it retained Riley and Triumph. The other defunct auto badges remained in the Rover portfolio.

BMW is going to revive the Morris Marina!!!!!!

It says "as of 2012".

As in... this story.

RICHARD HAMMOND
[on the Morris Marina that James is driving] I'll guarantee that nothing exciting, vibrant, dynamic, new, creative, hopeful or beneficial in any way to humanity has ever been done, thought of or driven to in that drab, dreary, entirely beige, wilfully awful pile of misery.

LINK

well well, now we have a mystery on our hands, but then again BMW has been doing some odd registries as of late, soo who knows what they are doing. Capitalizing on goods from people who remember a happier past of those failed brands that went the way of the doodoo bird due to horrid engineering and quality

So you substituted energy drinks for alcohol? rofl

BTW, that link just took me to Triumph Motorcycle's main site where you choose your country. It had absolutely no information.
