I had a customer who leased an Edge from me today, who also turned in her leased 09 Fusion. She told me she has dogs. That should have been a warning....

When the deal was completed, and they left, I had to put the Fusion on the lease return row. Then I opened the door......

They can just return the car to Ford "as-is" and let Ford bill the customer for the reconditioning. Ford should have had a 3rd-party inspection performed prior to lease termination. It really isn't Flemington's responsibility.

Unless you guys early-birded her and the inspection wasn't done. Hopefully you hit her for recon charges - either that, or she had Wear Care in her previous lease.
