The body looks like a GM X-body car.
IDK. Maybe late 70's early 80's euro ford or US Mercury.
It looks European to me. Something like a Renault 15 from the early to mid-1970s, but those headlights are U.S. spec. (or at least the Americas). Rectangular headlights were approved in 1974. (A no earlier than date for this car.)
The windshield looks like a Chevette to me.
I've searched the various Chrysler imports. This looks naggingly familiar. But no success. Arrow, Cricket, etc. None of the British Leyland stuff looks right.
It does have a left hand drive steering wheel.
I considered GM Brazil but haven't found the model if so. It looks vaguely Monza like.
